Are your roofers licensed?
Absolutely yes, all of our roofers hold the necessary licenses, registrations and insurances. Our roofers are also well trained in OHS practices and work to a “safety first” ethic.
Does your work come with a guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 10-year warranty on all roof restorations and re-roofs, and a 2-year warranty on repairs. So you can have peace of mind knowing that your roof is in good hands.
Do you offer free inspections and quotes?
Absolutely yes. You can call us anytime and we will arrange a time suitable for you to carry out an inspection and give you a quote. We prefer you be present whilst we carry out the inspection so we can discuss our findings with you and you can also describe your requirements, however, it is not absolutely necessary.
How long before you can carry out an inspection and give me a quote?
Most of the time we can get out to your place in a couple of days. However sometimes it could take us longer, depending on how far away your home or commercial building is, and how busy we are. Rest assured though, we will always endeavour to get there as soon as possible.
How long before you can begin my project?
Mostly, it depends on how busy we are and how many projects/jobs are in progress and/or lined up before yours. Our lead time generally varies between two and six weeks. Other factors include material availability, weather, site access, and site location. We can give you an idea of timeframe when we carry out your free inspection – please just ask us.
I want to have my roof painted, how much will it cost?
We provide free inspections and quotes so we can give you an accurate estimate. There are too many variables to provide pricing without first inspecting the site.
What is the process of having my roof replaced or restored?
First, call us anytime so we can arrange a time suitable for you to carry out a free inspection and quote. After we’ve carried out the inspection, we will provide you with your personalised quote. At this point, the decision is up to you and we will wait to hear from you regarding your decision. When you have decided to go ahead, we will agree on a date to begin the project. We will then communicate with you throughout your project keeping you informed of the progress and status right up until completion. We will complete your project by removing all rubbish and left over materials and then carry out a final inspection with you.
